The Deanship of Admission and Registration has published the schedule for issuing university cards and conducting the English language test for the students admitted in the first semester of the year 1445.
First: Instructions for Issuing the University ID Card:
• Only students are allowed to enter.
· Students are advised to arrive half an hour before the appointed time.
• Students must present one of the following documents:
Original national ID card
Original family card and original valid passport
· Students must bring a printed or photocopied appointment notice.
· Proof of blood type from any dispensary, private or public hospital is required, or a copy of the birth certificate containing the blood type information to be printed on the university ID card.

Second: Instructions for the Placement Test:
1. Students admitted to the College of Languages are exempt from taking the test.
2. The test will be conducted in person.
3. Students who are exempt from English language courses due to achieving the required score in all sections of the IELTS test or its equivalent are not required to take the placement test (provided they meet the required total and partial score criteria for listening, reading, writing, and speaking)
