Organizations are not made up of bricks and cement. It is made up of the most important factor of production i.e., PEOPLE. They are the internal customers and their happiness and satisfaction is always the prime objective for a successful organization. This course is concerned with the development of both Human Resources and the organization. Students will gain an insight into emerging perspectives with HR becoming an integrative function within the organization.  Students will gain knowledge in securing and developing the talents of individual workers, and implementing programs that enhance communication and cooperation between “Human Assets” in order to nurture and contribute organizational development.
