This course will provide students with basic knowledge and understanding of behavior that the consumer displays while searching, seeking information, evaluating and finally disposing off the product. Students will get acquainted with how
consumer buying and consumption processes can drive and inform managerial decision- making in the marketplace, both as individuals and as organization. The course focuses on various socio-cultural, psychological, economic and personal factors that influence consumer decision making and various models of consumer behavior

DICE course exposes students to multiple modes of learning. This course is not organized by topics, but by themes. Each theme is embedded in the material covered throughout the course including project management, digital media, entrepreneurship, and creativity in communication. In DICE, students are learning experience that will go beyond the conventional ‘classrooms’, so they will be taught through teamwork, online learning, live webinars, project work and mini conferences with speakers and attendees from the wider business community. Through DICE students will be exposed to industry and different modes of learning. In doing so, they will gain insight into the reality of the business world while still developing their skills in key areas.

The course examines the development and implementation of marketing strategy by providing a framework from which to identify and evaluate strategic options and programs.
