The English Language Institute at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University has been accredited by the European organization (EAQUALS), to be the first institute under the umbrella of the Ministry of Education to obtain this accreditation. The accreditation came after the institute completed the application of all quality standards and accreditation requirements applied by the (EAQUALS) organization to the English language programs, including assessment of academic administration, curriculums, student assessment system, availability of various learning resources, teaching methods, instructors' qualifications, administrative staff, and technical equipment.

This accreditation came after a visit lasted for a week by a specialized team from (EAQUALS), which involved interviews with the administrative team at the institute, and some of the teaching staff and students. The visit also included observing 72 online teaching sessions to assess the quality of teaching. The organization was represented during this visit by: Ludka Kotarska (Director of Organization's Accreditation and Consulting Services) and Susan Sherine (Inspector and Member of the Accreditation Committee).

The importance of this accreditation arises in fulfillment of the institute's mission to provide high-quality English programs in line with the international standards in teaching English to all beneficiaries. The accreditation also achieves the best levels of customers' satisfaction along with providing distinguished services to them. In addition, it gives reliability to the institute with all its staff, programs and outcomes.
