Quality Assurance Unit is concerned with establishing organizational structure of the department of human resources in accordance with the King Salman Program for Human Resources Development. This structure accommodates the job titles and the link chart of the various departments in the administration. It also works on issuing unified, updated and available policies and procedures for preparing specific job description of the tasks assigned to the employee clearly. Moreover, it works on reviewing systems, regulations, and current decisions that regulate the administrative work at the university, making proposals for their development to be approved by the concerned authorities. Also, it evaluates the forms used in the administrative work and provides proposals for simplifying and developing these forms as well as transforming the procedures into an integrated automated system that connects and observes all human resources activities. ​​
