PNU, represented by the University's Outstanding Students Support Unit affiliated to Vice-Rectorate of Academic Support and Student Services, has recently executed a program designated for its outstanding students to develop their skills, targeting 42 students, which headed by Dr. Nada Al-Rajhi, supervised and followed up the university's Vice-Rector for Academic Support and Student Services, Dr. Fayza Al-Faez. The program aims to support and promote students excellence, activate the university's role in society and actively participate in its development in order to achieve the aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and to invest in the students' times, direct their positive energies and train them to assume societal responsibility and participation. As well as benefiting from the distinguished cadres of the university's teaching staff.
Furthermore, this program has embodied the objectives of promoting the national personality by strengthening the positive values, resilience, the culture of hard work, creating an integrated educational journey, providing qualitative knowledge to the distinguished students and improving the readiness of youth in order to enter to the labor market.
The committees competent to work on the program have set the conditions for admission, first, the student should attain a GPA of not less than (4.75) of (5), fully comply with the PNU statutes and regulations and commit to the attendance, provided that the absence ratio does not exceed 20% of the program execution duration.
On other hand, the committees were keen to provide the scientific material in various areas, ranging from cultural, health, technology, quality and self-development, and modern educational methods are applied in the execution of workshops such as collaborative learning, dialogue strategy, suspense and others.
This program is a continuation to the PNU's efforts in providing the best services, informative programs and distinct activities in order to improve the students' abilities and skills in an attractive education environment in accordance with the best national and international standards.
