Training and Development Unit is concerned with the policies' application for the training and development of human resources skills and capabilities to ensure raising their efficiency in addition to planning for the training needs of administrative staff and faculty members. Also, it supervises the set up of policies and procedures that regulate the work at the university as well as making the development plans for the second-level leaders to qualify them for the administrative work. Additionally, it works on diversifying the sources of the training needs identification according to the indicators of the employees' performance and job duties.
