• Creating new user IDs on the PNU network for all employees and disable/reactivate old user IDs.
• Resolving problems related to user IDs, email passwords, network passwords, password retrieval, etc.
• Receiving phone calls from customers and responding to their queries.
• Notifying departmental employees about program installations.
• Sending notifications concerning external computer problems to the concerned departments.
• Finding suitable solutions for PNU students with system entry problems and lost passwords.
• Broadcasting advertisements on internal monitors.
• Providing mail services for PNU employees.
